Meat

A contemporary dilemma is the origin of products e.g. the factory farming of animals for meat.  Linking this to the porn industry thereby interpreting women as products. In this series, the women are consumed by meat and lose their identity. Anonymous hands grab the women’s flesh, expose their privates and represent the devouring industries. The women’s – sometimes child-like – faces often express enjoyment lending the work a disturbing quality.
